At Hat Club, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your headwear. If your latest pickup doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure trackable delivery back to our warehouse.

  Pack the Hat Securely

  Place the hat in its original shipping box or a sturdy equivalent to prevent crushing during transit, ensuring all original stickers and tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Ship and Wait for Credit

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
